The simplest way to request your XXRIDE ride – Here is how it works:

  • Open the app and select your desired destination
  • The app will automatically detect your location to identify your exact location to the driver
  • Select the Ride type and see how much the ride will cost
  • The car, the Driver and the Time of arrival of the Driver will show on the map
  • Add and Verify your credit/debit card details for payment, or you may proceed by choosing the Apple Pay or Cash option
  • Once the ride is done, you can rate your driver and provide us with feedback to help us improve the XXRIDE experience
  • You can check the receipt or open a dispute in case of any concern
